Please add Mary P. to the list on the white board. This baby decides she wants to eat during every AM class. I think I will start to try for open gym until we get things figured out.
Guys if you need a yummy almond butter get Ground Up almond cashew butter. It’s the only approved for whole 30 but tastes like a treat. It’s little pricey the cheapest place to get it it whole foods but you can get it at new seasons 😀
For those of you asking about RXBars.

I personally eat RXBars (peanut butter is my favorite), but I’ll be limiting the flavors and quantity over the next 30 days.
I realized today that my vitamin D supplement has soybean oil 😫 I guess I’ll start Whole30 tomorrow 💩
I’ve been cooking from the new NomNomPaleo book, Ready or Not, and it’s fantastic. All of the recipes are manageable and family-friendly. The Whole30 cookbook is pretty good as well.
A few thoughts:
The Instant Pot has been key — I’ve made bone broth and several NomNom recipes in it.
Clarified butter is dead simple so don’t buy it at the market, just make it yourself.
Bone broth tip: go to the butcher and ask for bones, then make it yourself in an Instant Pot. The house doesn’t stink and you can add the veggies you prefer.
