Today you will be establishing baseline measurements in both weightlifting and gymnastics. We will be repeating these tests in the future in order to monitor your progress, so it’s important that we measure your weights and repetitions, and observe other important standards such as range of motion and form. Additionally, we will be basing some of your future training off of these numbers, so it is important that these baseline measurements are accurate!

Measurable. Observable. Repeatable.

Baseline Test: Weightlifting
Establish a 20RM Back Squat

Baseline Test: Gymnastics
Max Rep set of Pull-Ups
