Saturday’s gym schedule will run as usual, with classes starting at 8:00am and 9:30am. It is likely that we will be running multiple heats for each workout, so if you have a preference on when you go, please plan on showing up early (heats will be first come, first serve). You don’t need to be registered for The Open in order to attend Saturday’s classes, but it will be a lot cooler if you are!

Workout 15.1:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
15 Toes-to-Bar
10 Deadlift - 115/75
5 Snatch - 115/75
Workout 15.1a:
6 minutes to find 1-rep-max Clean and Jerk
*Perform both workouts on a 15-minute clock, start 15.1a immediately after finishing 15.1.

Got 96 reps rx’d and a 120# clean & jerk.
Not bad for completing this one with the equivalent of a 20# weight belt.
