-30 Double-Under penalty each time you break up a set.
-Penalty reps must be completed before continuing.
-There is a 20 minute time cap for this workout.
*Multiple penalties may be incurred each set. If you do not finish the workout within 20 minutes, record the total number of C2B Pull-Ups and Push-Jerks completed. No points for doing shit tons of Double-Unders. However, leftover Halloween candy may be negotiable. As always, scale the workout as needed.

That WOD destroyed me.
I sandbagged on the weight and am filled with regret and shame.
