Halloween WOD:
5 Rounds of:
10 Pull-Ups
15 Push-Ups
20 Trick-or-Treat

“Trick-or-Treat”
Using a deck of cards…
-Pick one card each round and do 20 reps of the movement assigned to that card.
-If you draw an Ace, you may choose which movement you would like to do for that round.
-If you draw a face card, you must eat the corresponding “treat” before continuing.

2 Double-Unders (3x)
3 Calorie Row
4 Box Jumps – 24/20
5 Handstand Push-Ups
6 Toes-to-Bar
7 Burpees
8 Thrusters – 95/65
9 Wall Ball – 20/14
10 Goblet Squats – 53/35
J Assorted Halloween Candy
Q Assorted Fruit Snacks
K Justin’s Almond Butter
A Choose Your Own Adventure

*Optional (not RX’ed): Choose your own 5 round adventure.
**Bonus points (RX+) for doing the workout in a costume.
