Skill/Strength:
EMOM for 10 Minutes of:
Pull-Ups or Muscle-Ups

Pick a movement and choose a number of repetitions that you can maintain for 10 minutes. If capable of maintaining a large volume of reps, consider scaling the movement up (i.e. If you can maintain 12-15 Pull-Ups, consider doing C2B or Strict Pull-Ups).

WOD:
3 Rounds of:
30 KB Snatch* - 53/35
300m Run

*15 reps each arm. Partition as needed.
