Skill/Strength:
3-3-3-3-3 Hang Power Clean

WOD:
Complete 100 Rounds of the following complex:
Hang Power Clean – 115/75
Right Leg Lunge – 115/75
Left Leg Lunge – 115/75

Do not put the bar down between lunges. Lunges are to be completed with the barbell in front racked position. Scale rounds or load as needed.

Still in pain. Running today didn’t help.
