Skill/Strength:
5-5-5-5-5 Shoulder Press

WOD:
10 Rounds of:
3 Clean* + Lunge + Lunge - 115/75
3 Shoulder-to-Overhead** - 117/75
6 Bar-Facing Burpees

*Power or Squat Clean.
**Press, Push-Press, or Push-Jerk.

Why add 2 pounds for the shoulder to overhead? Is this one of those math problems again? I bet you don’t even have two one-pound weights to add to a barbell. damn, this WOD is going to be tough.

You have to used 2 pounds of chalk in the WOD in order to do it as prescribed.
