3-3-3-3-3 Deadlift

Treat each set of 3 as three singles. Reset your position after each rep.

4 Rounds of:
20 Deadlift - 185/135
5 Handstand Push-Ups
20 Box Jumps - 24/20
5 Push-Jerk - 185/135

Agree with Rome!! (minus the HQ workout). This WOD looks so fun. One more week to go. Keeping my toes and fingers crossed, should be back next week.
