Skill/Strength:
3×5 Back Squat

Then,

Front Squat. Work up to a heavy single.

WOD:
”The Chipper”
20 Toes To Bar
30 Thrusters - 95/65
40 Burpees
50 Box Jumps - 24/20

Note: The “Toes to Bar” standard for the RX’ed division of the Garage Games was Toes-through-Rings, using gymnastic rings instead of a pull-up bar. Rings were set at 6″ above fingertip reach. The standard on the Burpees was to jump and touch the rings.

Ok Roo! You’re on!!! I’ll be there when you get off work JUST to open up a can!!! That will be my 3rd WOD too!!
Also…. wonder if the Hood to Coast is same time as next years Oregon Games??

Funny, it may be my 4th wod! Also, I heard they’re not doing the OR games the same weekend again because it took to many badasses away from the competition!
