4-Week Group Elements Course:
We believe that community, consistency, and accountability are important components in achieving long-term success in health and fitness.
Our 6-week Group Elements will introduce the CrossFit methodology in a safe and supportive group environment and will build a foundation for a healthier and fitter you. Consisting of three weekly training sessions, you and a group of fellow beginners will be led by our experienced coaching staff and taught the fundamentals of moving, eating, and feeling better. Each session will include a group warm-up, skill development, workout, and cool down. Registration for the 4-Week Group Elements Course is $240.

October 16 – November 13 (Mornings)
Monday – Wednesday – Friday* @ 6:00AM – 7:00AM
*The Group Elements Course will meet every M/W/F during the 4 week period, with exception of Veterans Day (November 10th). An additional session will be added to the schedule on November 13th.
Elements and Beyond:
Completion of the 4-week Elements Course is not the end. In fact, for many it will be just the beginning. Participants who complete the six weeks will be well-prepared to join our regular CrossFit classes and continue their journey in health and fitness.
