Team WOD (Teams of 2):
200/160 Calorie Row (10×20/16)
150 Goblet Squats (10×15)
100 Burpees (10×10)
-Partners complete each 400m run as a team.
-P1 may begin their first set of each movement before P2 returns from their run.
-Partners alternate working after each prescribed set, with only one partner working at a time.
