Open gym on Sunday from 10am – noon.
Team WOD (Teams of 2):
AMRAP in 20 Minutes of:
10 Burpee Box Jump Overs – 24/20
20 KB Swings or KB Snatches – 53/35
-One partner works while the other partner runs 300m with a medicine ball (20/14).
-Partners alternate working after each complete run, picking up where their partner left off.
