Odd Minutes: Ring Muscle-Ups
Even Minutes: 20 Ab-Mat Sit-Ups

*If unable to do muscle-ups, perform muscle-up progressions or scale to Rounds of 10 pull-ups and 10 push-ups. Begin each new minute where you left off. Score = total muscle-ups (or rounds + reps).
